UPSCALE EATERY AND NIGHTCLUB THE BRIXTON OFFERS A SNEAK PEEK OF ITS NEW MENU

Harder Concepts and world-class chef Patrick Stark announce a selection of rockin’ menu items

(DALLAS – March 2017; source: CultureHype)Harder Concepts’ newest culinary creation, The Brixton, is proud to announce a selection of rockin’ items off its new menu. Featuring elevated comfort food tapas-style, the menu was created by world-class chef Patrick Stark aka “The Stark Raving Chef” and is far from boring. Pasta starters, vegan sushi and grilled petite filet are among the upscale eatery and nightclub’s tasty contributions. The Harder brothers will offer the best bites and sounds at The Brixton this spring in the form of their newest concept at The Shops at Legacy. Featuring small bites, flights and rock shows on a 25-foot-wide stage nightly, the upscale eatery will also serve as a two-story nightclub. The Brixton is located inside The Shops at Legacy at 5800 Legacy Drive, Suite C-11, Plano, Texas 752024.

“The food at The Brixton screams rock ‘n roll and sophistication,” said Stark. “From light and healthy to rich and decadent, from vegan to omnivore, the menu supports Non-GMO as well as local artisans.”

A taste of The Brixton’s rockin’ new menu:

Pasta & Meatballs (Fried Tortellini Pasta, Homemade Meatball, Smoky Bacon Jam, Basil Rojo Sauce, Queso Fresco).

Vegan Sushi (Quinoa, Avocado, Roasted Red Peppers, Cucumbers, Carrots, Purple Haze Basil)

Grilled Petite Filet (Purple Smashed Potatoes, Grilled Broccoli Rabe, Chimichurri Butter, Fried Leeks)

The Brixton will pair plates with craft cocktails and fine wines at affordable prices. On its two two-level balconies, the upscale eatery and nightclub will offer front row seating for regular live events and a healthy dose of inspiration from the British Invasion. Performances by the hottest bands and DJs in Dallas will be simulcast via a massive 15-by-nine-foot LED screen—the biggest at any club in Dallas.

Brothers Brian Harder and Jerry Dean Elliot, the masterminds behind the bar and restaurant group Harder Concepts, have partnered up with Chef Patrick Stark to create the globally-inspired menu. With concepts such as Addison Ice House, The Mucky Duck Bar, Scruffy Duffies, Saintbury Tavern and Ringo’s Pub, the duo brings nearly two decades of bar and restaurant experience to their newest concept, The Brixton. The Shops at Legacy will welcome the trendy, posh nightclub with its rock ‘n roll edge to the center this spring—rounding out the group’s creation of a mini 6th Street right here in North Dallas.

“The commitment to a one-dish entrée is a thing of the past,” Stark said. “The Brixton allows you to pick and choose ‘Shareables’ for the table tapas-style, making this a hot spot for date nights, group parties, corporate dinners, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners and more!”
